The domestic single crystal re-feeding price range is 300-308 yuan/kg, and the average transaction price is 304.2 yuan/kg, a week-on-week increase of 0.66%. The price range of single crystal dense material is 298-306 yuan/kg, and the average transaction price is 302.2 yuan/kg, a week-on-week increase of 0.73%. The price range of single crystal cauliflower material is 295-306 yuan/kg, and the average transaction price is 299.5 yuan/kg, a week-on-week increase of 0.77%. The market has now risen for 26 weeks.
Silicon wafer latest price
This week, the price range of M6 monocrystalline silicon wafers is 6.31-6.33 yuan/piece, and the average transaction price has increased to 6.32 yuan/piece; the price range of M10 monocrystalline silicon wafers is 7.53-7.54 yuan/piece, and the average transaction price has increased to 7.54 yuan/piece. The price range of G12 monocrystalline silicon wafer is 9.9-9.93 yuan/piece, and the average transaction price has increased to 9.65 yuan/piece.
